How this works

Add an event that needs prayer coverage — a date, a name, and how many intercessors you're hoping for.
Assign people. Open the event, check the names, save. Each person can be praying for several events at once.
Watch the ring. A full gold ring means the event is covered. Anything in "Still needs prayer" is your to-do list.

Past events fall off the Upcoming view on their own — nothing to clean up.
